Job Summary
Assemble materials according to SOPs, SWIs, and product specifications using engineering drawings and operate hand tools within the department. Review finish parts, test products for functional capabilities, and perform Touch Quality Checks to ensure accuracy against drawings and BOMs. Report fabrication issues, assist in resolutions, and complete required PMs and calibrations for machines and tools. Propose potential quality or productivity enhancements and support continuous improvement initiatives. Keep work areas clean, meet production schedule deadlines, and demonstrate a positive attitude towards change.

- Able to work in fast paced environment handling heavy loads and standing for long periods of time
- Possess attention to detail, problem solving, and communication skills
- Able to read, understand and follow blueprints
- Able to read and interpret a tape measure
- Able to complete basic mathematics (addition, subtraction)
- Able to read, write, and interpret English language
- Great attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to distinguish colours
- Exemplary attendance record
- Able to operate overhead crane, jib crane and forklift (if applicable)
