Job Summary
Assembler to perform setup and assembly of circuit breakers and sub-assemblies, as well as electromechanical, solid-state, and microprocessor-based relays and other related assemblies. Responsible for contributing to meeting production targets while following health and safety policies and approved manufacturing processes. Roles include conducting various types of assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products (including packing integrated with production lines), supporting quality manufacturing goals, improving process efficiency through collaboration with team members, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, documenting assembly processes, reporting discrepancies, and participating in training to enhance assembly techniques and safety practices.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree plus 2+ years of related experience in assembly
- Capable of reading and interpreting Engineering configuration and wiring drawings
- Ability to solder is a preferred requirement
- Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
