Job Summary
Assemble all piping, valves, gauges, reliefs, burners, and associated equipment on pressure vessels and skids. Inspect parts for defects, identify vessel components, and document connections to ensure proper sealing. Cut and thread pipe, install and align flanged pipe, and prepare vessels for hydrostatic testing per regulatory and customer requirements. Assist in loading shipments and follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies. Requires certified crane and forklift operation, ability to read blueprints, and moderate to heavy lifting up to 50 pounds. Monday through Friday day shift with weekends as needed. Located in Catoosa, Oklahoma.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months heavy assembly/manufacturing/material handling experience, or equivalent experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to safely use Crane and Forklift (certified).
- Intermediate math skills and ability to read a tape measure required.
- Must be able to learn pressure gauges, application, and how to read them.
- Ability to read and understand assembly blueprints and bill of materials.
- Basic knowledge of lean methods.
- Must understand and follow the quality & production policy and procedures - detect defects.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, up to entire length of shift.
- Must be able to handle physical repetitive work.
- Must be able to exert moderate to heavy physical effort with lifting requirement up to 50 pounds.
- Must have a strong range of motion.
- Must be able to sit, stand, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and bend.
- Must be able to see, speak, and hear.
- Must be able to read instructions and all measuring devices.
- Must use fingers and hands to manipulate tools and small parts.
- Must be able to walk over both even and uneven surfaces.
- Must be able to work in extreme temperatures, both hot and cold.
- Must be able to wear appropriate PPE.
- Must be physically able to access all areas of the plant and grounds.

- Must follow all safety & environmental policies & procedures.
- Must be able to safely use various hand/air/power tools.
- Properly identify and inspect all parts for defects to ensure quality products.
- Inspects all connections to ensure they are properly sealed.
- Properly identify and document vessel parts/components.
- Prepare and secure parts or vessels for hydrostatic testing per regulatory, customer and internal requirements.
