Job Summary
Rockwell Automation is hiring a Full-Time Manufacturing Assembler Level 3 to join the production team. You will perform electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies/sub-assemblies, including wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing, following blueprints and tolerances. You will read schematics, set up and adjust equipment, and handle semi-routine tasks with occasional deviations. Overtime is an essential function (5-10% expected). The role supports assembling multiple cart servo motion control products (motors, encoders) on a first-shift schedule (Mon-Fri, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.). The position requires a High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of related experience and US work authorization; visa sponsorship is not offered.
