Assembler - 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Assembler on 2nd shift responsible for assembling sheet metal control house buildings, including layout, measuring, and marking dimensions and reference lines. Will rig items for lifting, use relevant hand tools, and work through multiple tasks across production stages while adhering to PPE and safety requirements. The role emphasizes independence with minimal supervision, teamwork to support operations, inventory accuracy, and ongoing improvement of tool tracking and workflows. Shift: 4:30 pm–2:30 am with a 10% shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Knowledge of proper use and care of hand and power tools
- Experience in manufacturing or assembly (preferred)
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing or assembly (preferred)
- Welding and fabrication experience a HUGE plus
- Knowledge of proper use and care of hand and power tools
- Experience driving a forklift (desired)
- Able to work from 10’ ladders
- Knowledge of jobsite safety and ability to always ensure a safe workplace
- Reliable attendance
