Assembler - 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Assembler on 2nd shift responsible for assembling sheet metal control house buildings, layout, measure, and mark dimensions and reference lines. Rig items for lifting and use relevant hand and power tools in various stages of assembly. Work independently yet as part of a team, maintain safety with PPE, and contribute to process improvements in tool tracking, storage, and ordering to minimize production delays. Hours are Monday–Thursday, 4:30 pm–2:30 am with a 10% shift differential; prior welding/fabrication experience and forklift familiarity are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing or assembly (preferred)
- Welding and fabrication experience a HUGE plus
- Knowledge of proper use and care of hand and power tools
- Experience driving a forklift (desired)
- Must be able to work from 10’ ladders
- Knowledge of jobsite safety and ability to always ensure a safe workplace
- Have reliable attendance, be respectful and responsible at work
