Job Summary
Assemble components to customer specifications while utilizing arbor presses, torque wrenches, and precision measuring equipment. Perform assembly procedures assigned by the lead, read manufacturing drawings, and inspect products to verify conformance. Notify supervisors of safety, quality, or production issues and assist coworkers in solving work problems. Maintain product flow by meeting efficiency standards, observe all safety and security policies, and train employees on proper equipment operation. Work the 2nd shift Monday through Friday from 3:30pm to 12:00am at our Brattleboro facility, applying strong communication skills and a professional work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
