Job Summary
Assemble components and subassemblies using hand and power tools while reading blueprints and technical drawings. Conduct visual and mechanical inspections to ensure quality standards, operate equipment such as fin machines and leak testers, and maintain a clean work environment following 5S and safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and accurately document work and report issues to the supervisor. This role requires at least two years of manufacturing experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and proficiency with measuring tools. Located at the Franklin facility, the position offers a supportive team environment with opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of experience in assembly or related manufacturing work
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC or heat exchanger assembly
- Forklift or material handling certification
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
