Job Summary
Assembler on the Vista assembly team project-focused role: you’ll assemble VISTA units and subassemblies on the production line and on the shop floor, following assembly drawings and specifications. You will identify, transport, install, and bolt components (5–50 lbs.), perform mechanical inspections with torque wrenches, screwdrivers, and tape measures, and operate simple machinery and hand/power tools. The role requires standing for extended periods, frequent lifting, use of material handling equipment, and adherence to standard work instructions. High School/GED diploma is required, with a need for basic shop math and measurement skills. Respirator certification is required. The position is full-time with shift hours 6:00 am–2:30 pm, located in Chicago, IL, US. Overtime may be required based on business needs.
Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical operations
- Demonstrated ability to use basic shop math and measurement tools such as tape measures
- Ability to follow standard work instructions, assembly drawings, and specifications
- Knowledge and ability to use air impact tools and other hand-held tools
