Job Summary
Perform advanced-level assembly functions including prep, mechanical, harness, cable, printed circuit board sub-assemblies, spray application, and inspection, interpreting blueprints and process flow instructions to produce quality work to production standards. Execute soldering and installation of electronics components to PWA's using various tools, working from models and drawings with minimal supervision. Resolve assembly process barriers and communicate with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality departments. Participate in LEAN Events, "Six S" activities, and training lower-level employees while maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to WHMS procedures and proper PPE use.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in soldering
- Location: On-Site - Germantown, MD
