Job Summary
Assembler 1st Shift is responsible for putting together component parts or pieces according to blueprints or schematics, verifying correct quantities, performing quality checks, managing parts inventory, and using hand and power tools to fabricate structurally sound products. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, operate in a fast-paced environment, and train new associates. Shift is 1st Shift (Mon–Thu, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM) at the Londonderry, NH location; full-time benefits start day 1 and 30+ hours/week is considered full-time.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Experience with hand and power tools preferred (staple guns, drills)
- Ability to train other/new associates
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to perform repetitive work with attention to detail
- Maintain 5S standards
