Job Summary
Assemble hydrogen and related components, conduct end-of-line testing and quality inspections, and package assemblies for shipping. Maintain safe, organized work area across multiple shifts (AM/PM/night). Responsibilities include reading technical drawings, using hand and power tools, applying 5S/lean principles, supporting production, and promoting health and safety practices. Requires 2+ years in mechanical assembly, strong tool handling skills, ability to read schematics, and familiarity with ERP/Microsoft tools; First Aid certification is a plus. Willingness to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work both independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in mechanical assembly or related field
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in the assembly process
- Experience with 5S and lean manufacturing practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Computer experience with Microsoft products and ERP systems
- Experience with inspecting parts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- First Aid certification is considered an asset
