Assembler - 12 hr. shift Industry (Night Shift 5pm-5am)

Job Summary
Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and work orders to assemble parts and products accurately. Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to complete production tasks, while performing quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, report any process issues to supervisors, and adhere to all safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Requires physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during 12-hour shifts from 5pm to 5am. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting components
- Familiarity with quality control procedures
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness and ability to work shifts (12-hour shifts)
