Assembler 1

Perform hand assembly on post-surface mount circuit boards following detailed written instructions. Identify and assess the values, polarity, and orientation of thru-hole components. Ensure correct orientation and polarity of components based on the printed circuit board. Read assembly drawings to identify part numbers for correct assembly. Have a basic understanding of IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards for assembly quality. Use basic and specialized equipment as required by management. Assist in training other assemblers and share knowledge on assembly processes. Take responsibility for the quality of individual work, demonstrating accuracy and neatness. Ability to work well with team members, offering support and suggesting improvements.
