Job Summary
Coordinate and schedule radiology exams in a high-volume radiology call center, handling 65–75+ inbound calls daily while maintaining HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and delivering professional patient communication. Manage scheduling and tracking across work queues, verify patient demographics and insurance details, and ensure accurate appointment coordination in a fast-paced environment. Participate in required trainings and stay current on medical and organizational requirements relevant to radiology scheduling and patient care. Knowledge of Epic or similar EMR systems is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a high-volume call center environment
