Job Summary
The Assistant Center Supervisor will assist the Center Supervisor in training and supervising staff, overseeing operations and clinical aspects of the center, and communicating with parents and regulatory agencies. Key responsibilities include staff training, creating staff schedules, medication administration, maintaining participant files, and developing Individual Support Plans (ISPs). Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with an Associate's degree preferred, and one year of relevant direct care and supervisory experience. Strong communication skills, familiarity with ISPs, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum one (1) year of direct care work experience
- One (1) year supervisory experience
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with record in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- Fee for Service/Therap certification
- Proven commitment to helping individuals with autism and their families
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of applied behavioral analysis
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Beginner to intermediate proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
