MBDA Italia is seeking a specialist to support the prevention and safety system at external work locations. The role involves ensuring and preparing emergency management measures (fire and other events affecting people safety), first aid coordination, proposing after DVR/DUVRI drafting information and training programs for workers, collaborating with the Medical Competent and with Safety Representatives, participating in Crisis Committees and site Delegates’ meetings, and supporting environmental risk management in collaboration with the Base Command and involved functions, interfacing with local authorities if needed. The candidate will adopt, in addition to the primary role, recommendations from audits and strive for continuous improvement of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards. Required competencies include specific knowledge of occupational safety and environmental regulations (D. Lgs 81/08, D.Lgs 152/06), SGSA and ISO norms, problem solving, systems thinking, and teamwork.
