Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement service management solutions in the ServiceNow platform while ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, solve complex business problems, and drive process re-engineering, automation, and gap analysis. Act as technical authority across the platform, facilitating integrations with other systems and overseeing the launch of Agentic AI capabilities. Contribute to the technical roadmap, maintain platform compliance, and provide mentorship to team members. Support pre-sales engagements, delivery of consultancy, and the maintenance of the Version 1 ServiceNow Partner registration.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Architect
- 6+ Years and 3 Years Architect
- Ability to work across multiple ServiceNow instances
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong understanding of IT service management and the ITIL framework
- Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of enterprise-level solutions
- Proficient in creating comprehensive and strategic ServiceNow architecture plans
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Certified System Administrator
- Certified Application Developer
- At least one of the following: Implementation Specialist (Customer Service Management), Implementation Specialist (Service Mapping), Implementation Specialist (Discovery), Implementation Specialist (IT Service Management)
