Job Summary
Aspire Care Coordinator at Vista Prairie Windmill Ponds leads, develops, and trains care staff, assists with staff scheduling, and monitors service delivery under the Community Care Manager. Delivers care through the Aspire Lifestyle Model to enhance residents' quality of life and engages residents in wellness across the Aspire 5 pillars (social, physical, intellectual, emotional, spiritual). Demonstrates leadership and fosters a positive, collaborative work environment while ensuring high standard of care and professionalism. Schedule is Full-Time, Day Shift, with 80 hours per 2-week period and on-call rotation; benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and more.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Training in health-related disciplines and/or relevant experience required
- Supervisory and scheduling experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Technology proficient
