Job Summary
Manage the ASPIRE Program Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, planning events, and coordinating activities. Track tasks, projects, and program data by creating simple systems and following up on deadlines. Coordinate program meetings and events by handling invites, communications, refreshments, agendas, notes, action items, and room setup. Create and send presentations, event flyers, and digital materials for internal and external audiences. Complete general office tasks such as ordering supplies, greeting staff, booking speakers and venues, and ordering food for events. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation; travel is required to provide services in different settings and attend agency meetings, events, and trainings. High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred. At least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage more than one project at a time
- Pays close attention to details and accuracy
- Comfortable using technology, including Microsoft Office programs
- Motivated, dependable, and focused on doing quality work

- Knowledge of the various dimensions of diversity, including gender, race, and ethnicity

- Must have a valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation that meets CFS Driver Policy
- Must be available for travel to provide services in different settings and to attend agency meetings, events, and trainings
Desired Qualifications

- Language skills in Cape Verdean Creole, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, Spanish or ASL
