Job Summary
Lead ASPIRA Delaware as CEO to drive system-wide academic excellence and organizational impact. Set and execute a vision for student achievement across K–12, guide curricular implementation, and develop school leadership within a bilingual, dual-language framework. Oversee comprehensive operations (HR, finance, facilities, IT, nutrition, transportation, safety, compliance) and ensure alignment with charter regulations and governance expectations. Lead strategic growth and expansion of the ASPIRA Academy model, including charter applications and program replication, while building scalable systems, risk management, and leadership pipelines. Cultivate a culture of excellence, equity, inclusion, and community engagement; maintain transparent performance reporting to the Board; secure and steward funding sources for sustainability. Requires substantial leadership experience in public education, with a graduate degree in a relevant field; Ed.D/Ph.D. preferred; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in public education with understanding of charter school operations
- Graduate degree in Education, Business, or related area required
- Ed.D. or Ph.D. preferred
- Strong track record of driving student achievement and organizational performance
- Experience managing complex operations and budgets
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver measurable results
