Job Summary
Manage asphalt paving projects for municipal and private clients by building relationships from bidding through completion and preparing cost estimates and proposals. Coordinate with contractors, municipalities, and inspectors to ensure project success while analyzing specifications and documentation. Promote safety across project execution and actively participate in local government and community affairs. Maintain professionalism and resolve issues through strong leadership and organization skills. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and five years of industry experience. Full-time exempt position in Anacortes, WA with a salary range of $85,000 to $125,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management
- Five years of asphalt paving or construction industry estimating and project management experience
- appropriate math and computer skills
- some local travel
- Full-time in-office position
