Job Summary
Oversee all site activities, including coordinating with Area Managers to execute Production and Maintenance Plans. Ensure crew health and welfare while meeting OSHA standards and administering company safety principles. Maximize plant production by approving timecards, entering maintenance and production logs, and creating daily schedules based on sales needs. Manage parts requisitions, coordinate equipment repairs with contractors and the shop, and oversee inspection and operation of all equipment. Achieve budget goals by monitoring site financials and providing correct quantities and quality of hot mix asphalt to paving foremen and QC.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years in a Production Environment
- Site Specific Training, including site inspection training
- Task training applicable Equipment
- Weekly Plan Forecasted
- Weekly Site Inspection
- Weekly Equipment Inspection

- Daily Update the Week forecasted Plan to provide Actual Data
- Daily Oversee inspection, operation, and repair of all equipment
