Job Summary
Assist with asphalt placement, raking, shoveling, and site cleanup while operating paving equipment safely and efficiently for roles including roller, paver, skid steer, and loader operators. Follow directions from the foreman to work as part of a coordinated crew, maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment. Perform basic equipment checks and report issues promptly.
