Asphalt Paving Equipment Operator

Job Summary
Operate asphalt paving equipment (pavers, rollers, and skid loaders) to deliver quality pavement results. Perform pre-operational inspections, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with crew members and foremen to ensure safe, efficient on-site workflow. Maintain safety and cleanliness according to regulations; assist with setup/teardown of work sites. Must be able to travel to multiple job sites in Iowa and Nebraska, have strong attention to detail, and communicate effectively with project managers. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience operating asphalt paving equipment is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Pass pre-employment drug screening.
