Job Summary
Asphalt Paving Crewmember assists in paving roads, highways, and parking lots using handheld tools; drives a distributor/crew/tack truck to job sites. CDL Class B is required. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe work environment, following Foreman directions, shoveling, raking, flagging, moving materials, and supporting traffic control. Must be able to operate tools and heavy equipment, work extended hours, and comply with PPE and safety policies. Overtime, nights, and weekend work may be required; occasional travel/out-of-town work expected. High school diploma or GED preferred; 2+ years with asphalt crews preferred; valid driver’s license required.
Required Qualifications
