Asphalt Paving Crew Member (Raker/Roller Operator/Paver Operator)

Job Summary
Rake and lute hot mix asphalt to achieve proper grade and finish. Operate asphalt rollers to meet compaction specifications and run asphalt pavers on commercial and roadway projects. Assist with paving setup, cleanup, and daily equipment inspections while maintaining a clean and safe job site. Work closely with the foreman and crew to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to quality standards. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. This role requires the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 75 pounds. Candidates must be dependable with a strong work ethic, able to work overtime and occasional weekends, and treat equipment with care. A valid driver's license is preferred, with a CDL a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in one or more of the following: Asphalt raking, Asphalt roller operation, Asphalt paver operation
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends when required
- Show up on time every day
- Take pride in producing quality work
- Work well with others
- Can follow direction while also working independently
- Treat equipment with care
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- Valid driver's license preferred
