Job Summary
Operate mini excavators and related heavy equipment safely, performing daily inspections and maintenance. Read plans and grades while assisting with paving equipment setup and maintaining a clean work area. Shovel and lute asphalt under crew leader instructions, demonstrating working knowledge of paving and utility work. Support other crew members during operations and perform related duties as required. This safety-sensitive role is based out of the Ephrata, PA office and requires a valid DOT medical certification and PA driver's license. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are available.
Required Qualifications
