Job Summary
Asphalt Laborer will perform tasks related to asphalt paving, patching, prep work, and sealcoating, including surface preparation, material application, and traffic-control setup. Use hand tools (shovels, rakes) and small power tools; assist sealcoat application; maintain tools/equipment; direct equipment operators for proper material placement; set up and relocate traffic control devices; follow OSHA regulations and safety standards; maintain reliable attendance and clear communication with team and supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in the construction industry, with asphalt paving and/or sealcoating experience preferred.
