Job Summary
Perform machinery maintenance, repairs, and setup for paving equipment including crushers and conveyors. Operate skidsteer loaders to move materials, shovel aggregate, and maintain crusher areas free of debris. Assist with flagging, traffic control, and delivering construction materials across job sites. Keep all tools and equipment safe and clean while following supervisor instructions. Work in varying weather conditions, including extreme cold and heat, with occasional travel to plant locations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow verbal and written instruction
- Must have basic math skills
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to work well with others in a group or one on one setting
- Ability to lift and/or move anywhere up to 50-75 lbs
