Job Summary
Conduct machinery maintenance, repairs, and setup for paving equipment including crushers, conveyors, and rollers. Operate skidsteer loaders to move materials, shovel aggregate, and perform site clean-up. Assist with flagging, traffic control, and delivering construction materials across various job sites. Maintain all tools and equipment in safe, clean condition while following supervisor instructions. Work in outdoor environments with moving mechanical parts, handling loads up to 75 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow verbal and written instruction
- Must have basic math skills
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to work well with others in a group or one on one setting
- Ability to lift and/or move anywhere up to 50-75 lbs
