Asphalt Group Manager

Group Manager responsible for overall operation of the group, including safety, quality, HR, and financial results; located in Hammond, LA with oversight of Baton Rouge and Northshore Asphalt Operations. Key duties include profitability planning, annual budgeting, bid reviews, directing project and bid assignments, revenue collection, and maintaining relationships with General Contractors, Subcontractors, and Vendors. Focus areas include leadership, budgeting, safety program oversight, quality control, and ensuring group goals and disciplines are met; requires strong written and verbal communication, problem solving, and the ability to lead teams and work across levels of the organization. Must be able to work extended hours as needed and travel to different locations within the region.
