Asphalt Foreman / Superintendent / Operations Leader

Lead asphalt crews in the field and manage daily operations, overseeing job setup, production, equipment, materials, trucking, and subcontractor coordination. Review scopes of work, site conditions, and customer expectations before work begins, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, profitably, and to Caliber Paving standards. Communicate daily with leadership, sales, estimating, vendors, subcontractors, and customers while tracking crew hours, materials, equipment use, production updates, photos, delays, and completion notes. Identify change order opportunities, scope gaps, jobsite issues, and quality concerns early. Maintain a strong safety-first culture on every project. This hands-on leadership role requires 5+ years of asphalt paving experience and 2+ years in a foreman or superintendent capacity, with a valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors in Phoenix conditions including early mornings, long days, and occasional nights or weekends.
