Job Summary
Manage and lead a crew of construction workers by scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring daily progress. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality by enforcing compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards. Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget while developing relationships with subcontractors. Train crew members on safety procedures and best practices, and manage project resources including materials and equipment to ensure efficient use. Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction projects.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in construction
- Experience in a leadership role
