Aspen Elementary School Teacher (K-4)

Aspen Elementary School is seeking a K–4 teacher for the 2025-2026 school year to lead mathematics, science, and reading instruction. The role focuses on student growth, establishing a supportive classroom environment, and using varied instructional methods, MTSS, and technology to develop students’ critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities include fostering an inclusive classroom, coordinating with administrators and support staff, administering assessments, planning substitutes as needed, ensuring full attendance on contracted days, and upholding high professional and ethical standards. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a current Colorado elementary teaching license (endorsement) with the ability to obtain licensure within 3 months; Master’s degree and IB-related experience are preferred. The position is full-time (9-month contract) with compensation on the district’s certified salary schedule and eligibility for a signing bonus for 2026–2027 hires.
