Job Summary
Develop world-class thermal management marketing plans for the AsPAC data centre market, adapting global offers to drive volume, turnover, and gross margin targets. Prepare annual marketing strategies to generate new sales leads while monitoring competitive landscapes to develop innovative value-added services. Act as a PR content advisor and collaborate with global leadership to execute strong activation plans, ensuring step-out opportunities beyond core products. This role supports Castrol's liquid cooling fluid technology strategy to deliver sustainable data centre operations aligned with bp's Net Zero ambitions.
Required Qualifications
- Around 8 years of experience in brand, product, and event organization within a B2B environment, with a proven track record of delivering innovative value propositions
- Ability to shape and frame ideas through strong conceptual and analytical thinking
- Proven experience in developing new business and growth areas within a corporate or innovation/start-up context
- Strong knowledge of the data centre industry and cooling value chain
- High level of commercial competence and excellent negotiation skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Up to 10% travel
- Pre-placement drug screening
