Job Summary
ASOT Instructor to provide advanced, scenario-driven training to U.S. Special Operations Forces and Intelligence Community personnel. Role is onsite at Fort Bragg, NC. Deliver specialized instruction across sensitive activities, surveillance and counter-surveillance, and advanced mission planning while ensuring alignment with current doctrine, OSS requirements, and client objectives. Must have eight years of operational experience with at least three in instructional/mentorship roles, a Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred), and ability to train small groups. Experience with HUMINT or surveillance operations and familiarity with surveillance/communications/tracking systems required. Preference for TS/SCI clearance, advanced SOF coursework, USSOCOM/JSOC/INSCOM training experience, knowledge of TSCM and curriculum integration, and ability to operate in urban, rural, and austere environments. Required Qualifications
- Eight (8) years of relevant operational experience, with at least three (3) years in an instructional or mentorship role
- Former U.S. Special Operations Forces, Intelligence Community, or other federal agency background with direct experience in advanced operational skills, HUMINT, or surveillance operations
- Active Secret clearance
- Demonstrated ability to deliver instruction to small groups and adapt teaching style to student proficiency levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear instruction, feedback, and documentation
- Familiarity with operational technology tools including surveillance, communications, and tracking systems
