Job Summary
Drive distribution growth and market share in the assigned area by overseeing extensive QR & Sound Box deployment and sales. Recruit and manage a team of 5-10 ASMs and 200+ indirect employees, planning market geographies and validating team acquisitions through regular audits. Monitor quality parameters, conduct communication planning to align expectations with delivery, and coach staff to navigate ambiguity and articulate complex solutions. Requires extensive travel, strong networking, and experience in quota-driven sales within payments or finance.
Required Qualifications
- Good networking capabilities
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout specified area
- Skilled in coaching and mentoring
- Quick learner who grasps and puts into application new learnt ideas and concepts
- 8-12 years experience in sales - business development, B2C markets
- Passion for working in a fast growing firm and large team handling
- Articulate complex solutions to novice customers
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in quota driven sales
