Role: ASM - Manager for QR and Sound Box verticals in Mumbai. Lead and grow distribution and market share through extensive QR and Sound Box deployments, recruit and manage a sales team (5-10 ASMs and 200+ indirect staff), plan market size/geography, and drive target attainment. Requires strong coaching/mentoring, negotiation, and quota-driven sales experience in B2C/payments, with extensive travel across the assigned area.
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years experience in sales - business development, B2C markets
- Strong networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively within designated area
- Coaching and mentoring skills; quick learner who applies new ideas
- Experience in quota-driven sales; good sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in payments and finance is a plus (not mandatory)
- Ability to recruit and lead a sales team (5-10 ASMs and 200+ indirect employees)
- Plan market size, span and geographies for ASMs; communicate targets to team; monitor quality parameters
