Job Summary
Manage daily sales operations across all GT/MT channels for the Riau Daratan coverage area, driving achievement and growth of sales targets. Monitor and motivate the sales team, while overseeing promotion program implementation, budget management, stock control, and distribution logistics. Requires at least five years of FMCG sales experience at a manager level, with a strong track record in the Riau region. Must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, own a vehicle, and be willing to travel mobile. This role supports strategic decision-making within a leading paper production company committed to sustainability and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- at least a Bachelor's Degree from reputable university
- At least 5 years experiences in Sales FMCG, Manager Level
- High achiever and target oriented person
- Excellent in communication, negotiation, and presentation skill
- Passionate on handling and motivating subordinates
- Experiences manage sales especially for Riau and surroundings
- Preferable owning a vehicle and willing to mobile, as coverage area
