Job Summary
Assist individuals with daily activities including personal care, meal prep, transportation, housekeeping, and laundry duties while fostering independence. Maintain a clean, safe environment to support personal goals and provide supervision with positive reinforcement to guide individuals toward their aspirations. Document care and collaborate with internal and external team members using basic computer skills. This role requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, a valid driver's license, and strong communication abilities. You must be at least 18 years old and prepared to work weekends and holidays on varied full-time or part-time schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older

- Physical stamina to stay on your feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
