Job Summary
Direct Support Professional responsible for assisting individuals with disabilities in group-home settings. Responsibilities include helping with daily routines (household tasks, cooking, self-care, socializing, leisure activities), administering medications, providing transportation, and documenting services in an online system. Must establish and maintain community relationships, travel within the community, and work across varying schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Requires 18+, HS diploma preferred, 1 year of relevant experience, valid driver’s license, access to an insured vehicle, clean driving record, and ability to pass a DHS background study. Working conditions include flexible hours and travel to different sites; non-exempt status; Synova Group Equal Opportunity and E-Verify employer. Location: Lake Lillian, MN, USA. Salary: $24/hour (annualized to $49,920).
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- high school diploma preferred
- one year of experience delivering services to individuals with disabilities
- valid driver’s license
