Job Summary
Asleep overnight caregiver for REM Community Services (Sevita) providing community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Part-time nighttime role on Thursdays and Fridays from 10pm–7am and every other weekend 10pm–7am. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, supporting participants in achieving developmental goals (budgeting, exercise, nutrition), helping participants participate in community activities, building real relationships with those served, and ensuring safety and well-being. Skills emphasized: communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management; requires a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Education not required. Compensation includes hourly pay with benefits for full-time employees and time-off provisions; organization is equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
