Job Summary
Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving personal hygiene, developmental goals like budgeting and nutrition, and participation in community activities. Support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs while developing meaningful relationships and taking initiative for their daily lives. Provide overnight care from 10pm to 7am on Wednesdays through Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays/Tuesdays, ensuring safety and engagement for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle
- Proof of insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
