Job Summary

AskGS Experience Center Associate - Japanese Bilingual will resolve global client inquiries and issues across HR, Payroll, Procurement, and Expense Reporting through phone, email, web-form, and chat. You will fully document all cases in the Case Management system, raise complex transactions to Tier 2 or appropriate vendors, and take ownership to ensure timely, high-quality resolution. You will assist employees and internal users with self-service options, guide customers through available Global Services, and follow defined SOPs to prioritize and address inquiries. You will develop understanding of Global Services operations, support continuous improvement, and collaborate with the Team Leader and other stakeholders to optimize processes and information sharing. Required skills include strong customer orientation, fluent Japanese and English, excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, discretion and confidentiality, and proficiency with common office software and ServiceNow or similar tools.
