Job Summary
Implement the Monitoring and Evaluation plan for the IRC's Anticipatory Action project, tracking programmatic indicators and consolidating primary and secondary data on food security, IPC indices, climate forecasts, and market prices. Design, validate, and administer digital data collection tools using CommCare, while overseeing beneficiary identification, registration, and verification processes to ensure data consistency and traceability. Coordinate post-distribution monitoring surveys to analyze coverage, utilization, and participant satisfaction, then generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports with dashboards for decision-making and donor presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Social Work, Communication Sciences, Administration, Economics, or related fields
- 2-3 years of work experience
- Experience in non-governmental organizations (NGOs)
- At least 2 years of experience working in MEAL processes, especially the entire process involving data collection
- Experience in data collection and analysis, as well as report writing
- Understanding of humanitarian principles and experience in implementing programs supporting populations with humanitarian needs
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, self-initiative, and solid problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency in common software such as Word, Excel (including data analysis and visualization), and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of CommCare and PowerBI
- Knowledge of the Early Action (Acciones Anticipatorias) approach
