Job Summary
Monitor and administer the company's technological infrastructure, ensuring availability, integrity, and confidentiality of networks, servers, and communication systems. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans while verifying physical inventory updates. Support the implementation of new technology projects and assist in documenting and enforcing usage policies. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for communications, networks, and server incidents. Maintain compliance with preventive processes and technical standards for IP/TDM telephony and PBX platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Tecnólogo o estudiante de Ingeniería de Sistemas, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones o afines
- Mínimo dos (2) años de experiencia en administración de plataformas de comunicaciones, redes y servidores
- Conocimientos en redes, telecomunicaciones, software y hardware
- Orientación de servicio al cliente y administración de recursos tecnológicos
- Conocimientos Técnicos en Telefonía IP/TDM, soporte y administración de sistemas de información
- Conocimiento en Plataformas de comunicaciones PBX
- Conocimiento en Sistemas operativos y redes LAN/WAN
- Conocimiento en Servidores y atención de incidentes
