Asistente Informática Planta

Provide Level 1 technical support to plant users by installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, and technological devices. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and corporate system incidents while executing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. Assist in network, communication, and connectivity administration for operations, manage inventory of devices, licenses, and accessories, and escalate specialized incidents promptly. Support new technological project implementations and ensure compliance with company information security policies. Requires a Superior Technical or Professional degree in Informatics, Networking, or Telecommunications, with knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and hardware. Experience in industrial environments is desirable, along with availability to work in a shift system.
