Manage staff supervision, coordinate employee groups, and oversee daily operations including scheduling, payroll processing, hiring, transfers, register balancing, customer service, inventory control, and procurement. Lead recruitment and selection efforts while ensuring adherence to payroll and roster administration. Requires prior management experience and leadership skills. Full-time role with rotating shifts and weekend availability. Candidates must be willing to work across multiple stores within the metropolitan area, as locations are approximately 20 to 30 minutes apart. One position available for each of the following towns: Carolina, San Juan, and Canóvanas.
