Asistente de Facilidades (Lavado Maquina de Presion)

Facilitates facilities maintenance and repair work on buildings and systems under supervision, performing high-skill repairs of facilities, painting/decorating, diagnosing problems, and recommending solutions. Reads blueprints and wiring diagrams, assists in moving and reinstating equipment, and helps erect/dismantle items on site. Must be capable of using high-pressure water machines, generators, and portable tools; physical work includes lifting up to 50 pounds, exposure to wet/humid conditions, and potential electrical hazards. The role requires following health and safety regulations, coordinating with supervisors, and performing general upkeep and preventive tasks across mechanical, electrical, and sanitary systems. A Technical College Degree is preferred, with a high school diploma plus 2+ years of facilities experience acceptable as an alternative; valid Puerto Rico driver’s license is required.
